Dr. Brady Bouchard is an Associate Professor in Emergency Medicine and cross-appointed to Academic Family Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan. He serves as the Provincial Emergency Medicine Addiction and Vulnerable Populations Lead and the Provincial Medical Director (Pharmacy) for the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Dr. Bouchard has led multiple system-wide innovations in addiction medicine and emergency care, including the province-wide implementation of order sets for alcohol withdrawal and opioid use disorder. He is also a respected teacher, mentor, and researcher with a focus on real-world clinical outcomes for substance use treatment. He is a former President of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and an active contributor to national health policy discussions.
